Sole Source Determinations

In accordance with state procurement regulations, notices of intent to award sole-source contracts are posted publicly for a mandatory review period prior to award. This ensures transparency in instances where only one vendor can fulfill specific institutional needs.


Public Surplus Auctions

Luna Community College responsibly disposes of surplus institutional property, vehicles, and equipment through public online auctions. All auctions are open to the general public.
