Important Vendor Instructions

  • Stay Updated: Vendors are solely responsible for monitoring this page for any addenda, timeline changes, or clarifications issued prior to the closing date.

  • Submission Deadlines: All submissions must be received by the Purchasing Department no later than the exact date and time specified in the solicitation document. Late proposals cannot be accepted under New Mexico procurement law.

  • Point of Contact: To ensure a fair and legal competitive process, all communications regarding active solicitations must go directly through the designated procurement officer listed in the document. Direct contact with other college staff or board members may result in disqualification.
