 Antonio Rubio, Gozie Okoro, Cheryl Conway, Yen Tran, Ashley Gallegos, Krystal Tapia, Kristen Johnson, Kimberly vigil and Kimberly Regensberg all participated in last summer’s Luna Community College Tech Prep Program.
 
 Ashley McElroy, Marin Schweigert, Amelia Martinez, Manuel Encinias, Alicia DeHerrera, Nicole Martinez, April Esquibel and Franchesca Encinias were also participants in the 2007 Luna Community College Tech Prep Program. The 2008 program runs from June 2 to July 25.

SUMMARY:Small Business Development Center sponsoring workshops in July
DESCRIPTION:
  Description of event:
  The Luna Community College Small Business Development Center will have Web page workshops on Tuesday, July 15 in Santa Rosa, Thursday, July 17 in Las Vegas, Tuesday, July 22 in Raton and Thursday, July 24 in Angel Fire. The concentration of the workshops will be how to create a Web page. A $20 fee is required.
 	The Web page workshop in Santa Rosa will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the LCC Satellite campus; the Web page workshop in Las Vegas will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the LCC Student Services Building; the Web page workshop in Raton will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express and the Web page workshop in Angel Fire will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the at the First National Bank.
 	The workshops will introduce participants to methods by which Web pages are built including their purposes, types, basic structure and enhancement for engines. In addition, the workshop goers should be able to obtain a domain name, do a transfer of files to a server and find where and how to obtain programs and services needed.
 	Upon completion of this course, the participants should be able to construct a basic Website and install it on a Web server.
